Help recovering files on a Mac..... Please.

Yup, I've done something totally stupid and cleared files out of the trash that hadn't actually gotten to the client yet. :bonk:

I've run a scan with the demo version of a recovery kit and they are sat there waiting to be recovered but I'm a tad hesitant (tight) to pay the $99 to rescue half a dozen shots I could retake if needed.

Does anyone know of a freebie that will restore some RAW files?
 
Have you got Time Machine running?
 
OSX 10.4 sadly. Perhaps the upgrade would be a good idea. :)
 
I have a copy of Sandisk Rescue Pro with unused serial key if it might help,yours for free!!!
 
Thanks andy, the situation has been resolved now and hopefully I won't be so daft in the future.

The solution was obvious in the end, send someone else to reshoot the images. :lol: (thanks Will, if you lurk here)

I'm sure if you hang onto it, you'll be the cavalry again someday..... soon enough. :thumbs:
