Help with diffuser for flashgun (not speedlite type)

Hey,

This is my flashgun... as you can imagine most flash diffusers don't fit it because its not the speedlite shape.

Where can I get a diffuser for it? or any tips on making one? I have a diffuser for my on board flash, but I prefer to use the gun as it gives much better results, but can sometimes be a little harsh so really in need of a diffuser.

bottom of a plastic milk bottle or hand wash bottle. Make it with a 'hook' that goes over the back, then 'fix' it with sticky velcro

Yeah I saw that in the PP DIY mag, along with the kitchen roll and laggy band one.. my worry is its an old style flash and it gets HOT, would it melt the plastic after prolonged use?:eek:
 
shouldn't think so, it would have to get awfully hot!
