Hi key mountain bike.

On a walk I saw this man doing urban mountain biking. Jumping on walls, bins, rails and got chat to him and took some pictures. The sky was pale and no sun so very white so I try to retrieve the image by hi key but not honest total hi key. I think it work and may save the picture. Basically I ramp up the curves and the burn the shadow and midtones on him and the bike.

What are your thought on this one? I have add a blur in CS2 for effect.



I hope to may bump into person and present photo as gift as nice guy who stop for a chat.

Please opinions on this one.

Hmm, there's too much of the detail missing for me, just my opinion but I don't think these really work as high key

I quite like them, but definately the second one as the blur hides the lack of detail. Kudos for thinking outside the box!

First one looks like something went very wrong with some film processing but the second version looks like it was meant to be just like that. Works really well for me, great save.
