Not bad results from your first outing Have you been seeding the area regularly or are these 'natural' visitors?
If you want to make life a little easier, set up yourself a perch (find the nicest looking branch you can that's fell of it's tree!), and leave food below it... they should land on it then hop down to the food. This will give you complete control over light direction, distance from the hide, background etc...
I guess your ISO is high because of the aperture on the siggy 150-500 that you use.
