Wow - where do you find 3D maps like that. Its great. I could really use this software...

I'm back here again looking at this shot. It is breathtaking. I want to know how to got the mountains and foreground in focus with an aperture of f/5.6. I am confused. Even with my 10-20mm I have to focus about 3m away and stop down to about f/11.:thinking:

Thats memory map OS, you can buy the software and maps of different UK areas.

Don`t confuse the 10-20 with a long tele photo lens, different kind of fish, with the tele and because you are so far away from the subject and are not focusing on something specific, the whole area will be in focus, with a wide lens i usually focus manually on the subject i want pin sharp.
 
Beautiful photograph, one I would be willing to pay for too. Well done.
