i think the hair losses some of it luster as it enters the shadow on the upper right side of her head, the coat is well lit, and i like the pose.

Is this better? only a subtle tweak, but seems to bring out a bit more definition

I am not sure what you are trying to show here. There is one great big blown highlight on the handbag, no texture on the bag front is actally visible, all the textrue on the jacket is not visible in the shadows, no detail is really visible on the shoes or the sunglasses, and the lighting on the face is not very flattering.
But without knowning that you are showing here, it is hard to say if any of these things are bad.
