Whilst on holiday in Norfolk last week, I took time out of my fishing to go shoot some more images of St. Benets Abbey. When I got there the car park was jam packed with twitchers with their cameras as apparently there were some cranes spotted in the immediate vicinity. I squeezed my car in, had a quick chat with one of the twitchers and said I was going up to the abbey for photos. She said "You'll be lucky, look." and nodded in the direction of the abbey. The place was swarming with people and any chance of a clean shot was well out of the window.
On my way there, however, I saw a sign for the parish church and thought I'd take a look on my way back. So, the church it was and so glad I did. It's a beautiful country church and the evening light was near perfect. There were taken on my D850 with 24-70mm f/2.8 and a circular polariser sat on a tripod.

1) This was taken form the back of the church yard, obviously.

2) There was a footpath down to the rivers edge behind the church and on the way back I thought this was worth a shot too.
