How to find out Camera Actuations.

I should really know this but...how do I find out how many actuations my D70 and D40x have had?

if you have a program called or similar to Opanda Iexif if you load the last Jpeg into there from the camera it lists it in the details

Cheers Steve. Is there no way of finding out from the camera itself as I don't have the programme you mentioned?

not unless the file system and numbers havent changed since the camera was new

Cheers mate, I need to know as I've decided to sell both cameras and get a D90.
I bought a re-furb 18-55mm kit lens for the D40x from LCE today for £59 so with the bag, the field guide, a monopod, 2 batts and charger and a 2 gig card it should make a nice starter kit for someone.
