Not sure if there are many South Eastern based wildlife photographers but noticed today that Howeletts Zoo have an annual passport which costs the equivalent of a single visit £17.95 (kids £13.95).

Seems like a decent deal albeit its a zoo I haven't visited for quite some time so I am not sure how photograph friendly it is.

No idea if this link will work but happy to give it a go

Looks like a great deal. If it seems photograph friendly then I'd definitely be tempted if it weren't a 2 hour train journey for me.

Just keep well back from the Tiger's, Elephant's and Chimp's enclosures! :D

Hi. I paid to go on a photographer's Day. You get a guided day at Howletts. Went on the safari trip, with the prof. photographer and education officer. You get to go where the public don't. Went into one of the monkey enclosures, that was amazing. I'm not a wildlife photographer, but I enjoyed the day (even though it rained in the morning!)
