I recently purchased a clear hoya hd filter and fresh out of the packaging I noticed that there seems to be glitter on the glass.
I wasn't sure if it was part of the new multi layer coating as its my first HD model so I tried blowing it away with my rocket blower but the glitter remained. However, a quick wipe with microfibre cloth effectively removed it.
Now my question is, has anyone else experienced this strange "glitter" dust on their brand new hoya filter? All my other hoya filters have been pristine clean so this is rather unsual.
