Hi
I am interested in buying a camera from this company, are they a reputable company or do they sell grey imports only.( I don't want to buy a grey import.) I'm after a canon 7dmk11 body the price on this website is considerably cheaper then the main street retailers.

IMO they are a grey importer but do rather hide it compared to HDEW. Frankly the prices alone "tell" that they are grey!

Also, their FAQ about the warranty is equally vague. AFAIK not all manufacturers will cover all their products warranty of grey imports. For example ~ I think Canon lenses all have international warranty but the bodies do not.
