Does anyone know a good hyperfocal chart for a 1.3x crop sensor Canon setup? One that can be downloaded and printed out if really what I am after.

Yeah good link, that's exactly what I was after.

A pitty the chart doesn't go out to 200mm though. Or does something funny happen after about 100mm as I've not seen any yet that go more than about 100mm?

The reality of hyperfocal distance setting is that generally, a) you only use it at higher f/numbers and short focal lengths, and b) setting it with any great degree of accuracy is neither possible nor necessary.

I have a little table stuck inside the lens cap of my 17-40L (I'm using full frame) which gives me HFD settings for 17mm, 24mm and 35mm, at f/5.6, f/11 and f/22. That's it, and that's all I need, though it's also true that with a little experience and knowldge you can set the HFD pretty well without any tables at all. There have been some good threads on this recently, like this one http://www.talkphotography.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=246922
