Hyperfocal charts?

Hrrmmm.. There's a few times today when I could have used some hyperfocal charts. I did have some, but seem to have misplaced them...
So, can anybody point me in the direction of some? Most importantly for a 1.5x crop body, and in the 15-20mm range. Although actually some full frame charts would be handy, too.

Thats the one I found aswell when I went looking a while ago. I did fine one that took into consideration crops too, but Im having a hard time finding it...

That software does it for crops too, as it takes the cameras Circle of Confusion into consideration....
