whilst adding a couple of icons to my desck top I got a "flashed message" something about "active desktop".
Now all my icons show as they are active ie the bar underneath is highlighted in blue ( or what ever colour I select from the "properties appearance") as it would be when I click them to open.
WhenI click to open, the icon fades as does the colour bar
I don't like it
how do I turn it back to how it was?
