i took this today and placed it on a black background not sure what it is. C&C welcome as im learning untill i get my dslr at christmas.

I think it's a laventera (rose mallow) and they grow like weeds

Lovely weed, I've seen these in blue too and are quite striking although found on waste ground near where I live.
