A stable ROM has been leaked from Samsung Here
It was just meant to be I9100XXKP4 a 4.0.1 beta like the 2 previous leaks but they also managed to release I9100XXKP8 a 4.0.3 build.
I have installed I9100XXKP8 and it is a "daily users" quality ROM unlike the previous releases. I haven't noticed anything not working yet bar a few apps that don't play nicely with ICS yet.
