Wild ID please?

Can anyone put a name to these little chaps?
Had a good search, but there are so many similar but not quite right ones!

#2 is a red solider beetle

not sure on Number 1 but will check my insect book later.

I think the first is a thick (or fat) legged flower beetle, I think these are just males

Oedemera nobilis or Thick Legged Flower Beetle. As said only the males have the swollen back legs. Nicely photographed Andrew.
