ID this film

Took this out of an old Zenit today. I have absolutely no idea who made it, or when. Any ideas?

AP (Durst/Photo-Me) reload-able 35mm metal film cassette/cartridge used for bulk film rolling.

I'd guess at thirty years old (ish).

It looks like it MIGHT be a reloadable cassette rather than a branded film.
