Saw this when looking out of my living room window this afternoon, perched on the fence at the house across the road, have seen him a couple of times on the house roofs but never managed to get a shot until today, if i was a small bird i would be scared very scared!!

Nice bird, if you play with the levels in photoshop if you have it, should be able to bring it back abit.
