Ive recently got a Nikon F801 and put an old manual focus lens on it and keep getting an error message

Does anyone have any suggestions thanks.

It should be fine if you set it to manually expose and focus.

I've got an 801 at home so I'll check tonight if you're still having problems.

Sorry, got it figured out now - film is loaded and im taking photos, not too sure what they will turn out like as ive not used a film camera before

I'm sure you'll get some fab shots, it's obligatory to post some in the 'Photos from Film' forum once you get it processed!
