iMovie and still images

Hello,

i am trying to work on a dvd in iMovie and have set the ratio as 16:9 widescreen.

Now i want to import some images so that are shown as full size without any cropping and just wondered if anyone knew what size document i should create within photoshop.

I have tried several sized documents but they also seem to get cropped and want to make sure the images are at the high quality.

Can anyone help?

Donkey, what version of iMovie are you using? If it is later then version 6 then you may have problems with image quality once you burn to DVD and play back on a HD TV. If you do a search on google you'll find many people with the same problem. I ended up buying a piece of software called "Photo to Movie" to solve the problem.

Using iMovie 09, , thanks for the info will have a look into that.
