I know this one might start a few heated debates but I thought I see...

I know it is a frowned upon practice but a Natjag mentioned in one of his posts it is some times requested... So my question is :------

What methods do you all use for retouching skin tones/smoothing....

Questions I have are as follows

1. Is your method non destructive.
2. Is it adjustable.
3. Can you get repeatable results easily.

Could people post a before and after with a summary of steps used.

Good question Shutterman,. I have a line of shots from the Metropolis studio meet before christmas, and wanted to look into some skin smoothing before I processed them. Im not a keen lover of the overprocessed look but I believe editing has its place in lots of peoples arsenals, however brutal ;) So I'll be keeping an eye on this thread.
