Welcome to my 52 week project!

I decided to start my 52 for a number of reasons; to provide a trigger to taking photographs every week, to force me to share my images more and to allow me to explore a number of different techniques and styles.

It's because of that last point that I've decided to really challenge myself and post two images each week one is going to follow the themes on this thread and post another shot to this one as well.

I started my 365 with similar aims, good idea to have one set following a theme and one 'open' for creativity!

I like the oranges in the sunset, and the trees in the front are simple yet effective!

You and me, too, Peter. I'm doing something very similar with the themed 52 and a 'personal' 52. But - you're way ahead of me, since I haven't posted my personal shot for Week 1 yet! We're probably both mad as a box of frogs.

I love the colours in your sunset photo - subtle and with more warmth than I'd expect for this time of year.
