Not looking for answers specifically, just getting it off my chest...

Seems like I've not touched my camera in ages, with my holidays, exams, life in general, just not been inspired, tried to take some macro shots last weekend but after an hour, I gave up and put the camera away. I'm struggling to decide what I want to do, macro, landscapes, portrait? I'm just not inspired. It doesn't help that work's crap at the mo and I've not seen my kids in 3 weeks, I always go on a downer when I don't see them, so this weekend should cheer me up. I get to see the kids and MD Dave is helping me take a decent pic :-)

No problem, any time:)

Most of us go through periods like this but gradually emerge from the gloom. Not seeing your children must be very difficult to deal with, I'm sure you'll have a great weekend with them.

Yeah, can be very tough at times, but we make the most of the time we do get, easiest thing is not to think about it, but I do miss them.

And Will ( the 7 year old ), is showing signs of liking photography, which is very cool until he gets my camera and takes better pics than me :-)
