He just doesn't know the law I guess and thought it would be a "good idea" to harass some innocent by-stander and why not? thats what we are here for!
 
Thanks for posting that up, very interesting. The PCSO didn't have the first clue what he was on about.

I love it when people deny they have pushed a camera... It's going to be on film!
 
That PCSO was an utter turd.....behaved totally unprofessionally..."shut up"....great way of dealing with things!!
 
Apparently he was breaking the law "filming around" and he also said that tourist should be aloud but we shouldn't in are own streets I don't think he knew the law well. But the man at 4:35-4:55 had a good point.
 
What about the other dipsh*t wish he was copper that told him at the end to "*&^% off"
