Internal Flash Fault on Nikon D90 : formerly Question from a newbie :)

Hi everyone ,
I have a Nikon D90 and I've ku had it for a year but, the internal flash has stopped working . Is this a common fault, has anyone else experienced the same problem ??

Welcome to TP :wave: we have a talk equipment section and I think that you'll get a better response there, I've asked for this thread to be moved :thumbs:

If you change the title to something say "Internal Flash Fault on Nikon D90" is you need to do is click "edit" then "go advanced" and that will allow you to change the title that will help attract people that can help :thumbs:

I think we might need a few more details - you say that the internal flash has stopped working. Do you mean that it's no longer popping up, or that it pop's up, but won't flash?

It pops up but doesn't flash .

That would be my first option been there done that when i have been playing with my flash off camera
 
I once dropped my d90 and this happened. Popped with no flash.

I sent it to Nikon and they mended it under warranty and sensor cleaned it! :D
