Certainly well spotted..... :)

I wonder if the Scottish newspapers would be interested ~ as in with a strapline of "litter is everyone's problem......do as Carla does and take this/your litter home....."

PS puts me in mind of, in the past, reports of those dropping litter in the street within feet of a bin and when challenged say 'why should I do that......someone gets paid to sweep the streets. ...' :(
