Found this in the gdn today thought it was quite pretty havnt a clue what it is can soemone help

It's an Allium, an ornamental type of onion, not a weed.
It would have been nice if you'd been able to get the shot when it was in full bloom. Still a good effort though, nice dof and background.

It could be an Allium, but to me it looks more like an Agapanthus. A shot of the leaves would help with a positive ID.
