Is this fungus ??

All,

Is this fungus? I bought this lens (admittedly in poor condition) however upon inspection I’ve noticed marks on the rear element - should be ok.
However when shining a light through the lens there appears to be a load of scratches / marks on the front element.
What do you guys think?

Sorry, can't tell from those photos if it's smears, dust and/or scratches or fungus.

when you shine a light through the lens fungus looks like a spiders web.
May take take others forms as well but spiders web is the only one I've ever seen.
