Is this good value?

It's a SLR Nikon F55, in immaculate condition, only used 8 times
It comes with two lenses 30-70mm,
and a Telephoto zoom 70-300.

I'm looking for around £100 ONO

F55 bodies can be picked up for £20-£30 delivered on the bay of E.

The F55 was very much aimed at the amateur market - it has a plastic lens mount, will not autofocus AF-S lenses, is rubbish with external flash (no TTL flash mode) and it is a tad limited in the way you can over-ride the automatic features.

It all depends on exactly which of the many variations of the lenses you mention are included as to if it is worth £100 for the package.

Yep, the make & model of the lenses will decide the value of the kit. You could probably give the F55 away (or not)
