It's free to try. You can go to Adobe.com and get a free to try version too.

It not free software though.

Possibly, but it says there are no limitations to use, which is what is confusing me.

Sorry Graeme, posted at the same time as you.... my query still stands though, the CS4 download is definately a trail, it says so in the limitations section.... do you think this is just a mistake on the cs3 page?
 
I suspect you're all right..... anyone know how much CS3 costs these days?
 
Or speak to Adobe and get your license transferred?
 
I believe that CS3 has been mag mounted in a trial version a few times.
 
The trial version is fully functional :D

Just runs out after 30 days
 
downloaded it and it turned out to be an upgrade utility, as I don't have a older copy installed it failed!

Never mind, looks like I'll have to try GIMP until funds allow a purchase of CS4.
