It was promised to you.....

unfortunately, as politics evolve, it's going to happen regardless of whether we want it or not. An EU super-state is an inevitability rather than an option.

The question should be...

'Do we embrace it now, get with the programme and try to steer things favourably in our direction or do we fight it, join later and lose our sway as a result.'

It puzzles me how people can be so caught up in preserving our individuality as a state seperate from Europe when all of the major political decisions in this country are already made by a minority, without consultation from the population, under heavy influence from corporate financiers, other world leaders and the EU?

Democracy in this country is a fallacy. Ok, we vote for who makes the decisions in theory but can you honestly say that the way the country works is a result of a consensus of opinion from the population?

It's about time all the drones in this country woke up and realised exactly what is happening, how they are being lied to, controlled by fear and paranoia. As somebody once remarked in a situation comedy set in the time when the germans were the audited and approved enemy....."We're all doomed"

Sorry. Bit drunk, been reading seditious texts lol!
