Nikon F2

What a cool little camera. It feels so well built, and the shutter release has a real solid "cerchunk!". It's missing the battery door, so I'll need to find a replacement and some batteries before I can give it a spin, but at least it looks cool in my camera cupboard. I have a feeling I'm slowly turning into a camera collector. Let's hope I stick with Nikon/Large format kit, and don't venture over to Leica/Hasselblad or similar.

Nice one, my favourite ever camera, I loved my Nikon F2 Photomic! Next favourite was a Nikon F but I didn't have a metering head for it.

My first Pro camera was an F2-AS...lol
How rubbish was that motor-drive where you had to set the shutter-speed on that as well to avoid half-exposed frames...?
And you think Pro cameras today are heavy...!!!

Nice buy My Nikon F was one of the best I owned Thats when you could hear the difference between 1/50 and 1/125

Looks good, must say though seeing all the old/retro stuff on here of late has got me wanting to spend money :nuts:
