The service that Comleys Cameras in Cleethorpes gives is out standing. 
When I had my 200-400mm on order they loaned me a 300mm 2.8 without me even asking.
Today I took my D300 in for a sensor clean and they said they would have to send it away to be cleaned. Without any hesitation or me saying anything, they immediately said that they would loan me a D2x until it came back!
Its service like this that reinforces my case for supporting smaller businesses.
