Jeff Healey .R.I.P

He fought a good fight.. one great bluesman.. he will be missed...

RIP

his version of 'while my guitar gently weeps' was outstanding

Seen him play live a few times. Dam good, made you panic a bit when he used to get up and strut around the stage, always seemed to get too close to the edge.

I remember seeing him in Roadhouse but didn't realise he was famous in his own right.

I had the great pleasure of working for Jeff and the band on a number of occasions when he visited the UK.

He was an inspiration to all!

His guitar playing was truely amazing, and considering he couldn't see the strings in the normal sense he felt them and made them sing.

Deeply saddened, and my thoughts go to Christie and the kids.

Absolutely gutted to hear this news! He truly was a fantastic talent.

RIP.

:crying:

After having a family, I lost touch with music for a while and haven't seen a band in over 16 years, I'd have loved to see him play live. Let's hope the Angels are in for a treat.
