Jessops extended 3 year warranty

Hi, i bought the extended 3 year protection plan for a product i bought from jessops, but i have gone and lost the paperwork!! so does anyone know if i can get the paperwork again from jessops? theres no problem with the product but the protection plan can be passed onto the new owner if i sell. thanks for any response, dan.

You'll only get a definitive answer by going back to Jessops and asking them for another copy. If you have the receipt for the item and protection plan I can't see why it would be a problem. I'd imagine they should have your details on their system regardless, but the best answer's going to be straight from the 'horses mouth' so to speak.

I have this on my 5D MkII / 24-105 lens. I think you need the receipt to act as part of this but if you have no joy, PM me and I'll see if I can get any contact information from the leaflet that I have with the receipt.
