No 2 I like - natural and thoughtful.
1 would be good if you had the subject to the right of the picture and could see her face looking out over the view.
3 - looks like you mis-framed the shot and cut of too much of the head. I think I can see what you were trying to do but I don't think it works. Sorry

cheers. number 3, i was trying to show him what differences changing the apature makes, as he wanted to start photography...just liked how it came out
and yea, number 2 is my fav.

I like number 2, maybe a little more contrast, but certainly a very intimate shot.
