On Tuesday, I decided to pack the Pana G80 and 100-300mm MFT rig and try a "spot stop and shoot" project on the way back to Bedford from the M25 / A1 route home.
Turned off at the American Golf/Biggleswade roundabout, very quiet at Shuttleworth so moved on through Old Warden and started snapping on the country back roads home from there.
It was very hot, and most of the sheep had made there way under the tree at the side of their field, a few stragglers were out in the heat.
Stopped at the Greensand Ridge walkway a bit further on and snapped the distant Cardington Sheds from across the farmland.
I always think this position really demonstrates the shear scale of the sheds, with the vehicles and houses showing as tiny dots on the picture, unlike the sheds !
Almost back on the main roads, but a quick snap of a Crow taking the "pole position" overlooking the sheep fields at Shortstown.
Judging by the mess on the pole, it's a very popular viewing post !
