have just bought one of these tripod heads, cheap from evilbay, as I couldn't find enough cash for the £100 one's.
Great build quality and very solid.

thats what I thought when I saw it. made of aluminium with 3 spirit levels.

Make sure you get a spare top plate if you can.

It's a similar design to the 022 Manfrotto head, but the top plates are completely different.

If you lose the plate you will have to bin the grip.
