I took this out the back of my house, just thought I would see if anyone found it interesting at all.

Its Not disinteresting although i would have been inclided to maybe do a Sat boost on it.
I would probably have done a B and W version also to see how that looked.

I always like these kind of shots and yes I think it's interesting.
There are hundreds of potential variations on this theme and like Craig, my first thought was black & white.

Hope you don't mind mate, but I've had a little play...

Great idea and subject rgrebby, like the vase, I just had a little play with it hope you don't mind, lifted the vase a little and the window frame on the left and top, to give more definition, also a little colour boost

Original is a bit flat but really liking Davenjulies version the best.

Thanks for the input. I didnt much like the black and white version I tried, seemed to lack something. the brighter version Davenjulies did though looks great. I'll have a play around and do something like that. Maybe it more interesting to see the little pot a bit brighter.
