Kestrel and Buzzard ?

These 2 birds, I have spotted in the same area.

I presume this ones a Kestrel:

and this ones a Buzzard:

Would I be correct ?

I realise they're not fantastic pics, but they were taken hand held at full zoom.

Just after an ID more than anything.
