Keyboard Problem

My keyboard no longer lets me type the GBP symbol but instead gives me the #. Similarly the @ and " have been reversed.

I've checked the control panel and it shows UK English as my settings. I'm sure this is something very minor I've done but it's driving me :nuts:

Forgot to add I'm running Wondows XP

I think you might have the american keyboard layout by mistake.

Try this (particularly the part about the keyboard rather than English (UK) as you already have that:
