I prefer #1 to the others. I would have gone for slightly less sky and so move the horizon up, something like this.

No.s 1&2 stand out for me. Would prefer to see No.3 as a full silhoutte(i.e. black tower) I would crop a fraction of the dark foreground & some of the sky in No.1 & some of the sky in No.2

thanks for the comments guys, a few people have said bout cropping out the sky on the first one, i do have a full black silhoutte of the tower shall post up soon
