It's a little vague lol - no kite, fuzzy surfer. My suggestion would be to either pull back and show the whole thing, or zoom right in on the surfer with a bigger, faster lens. Not sure B&W works either

Its not B&W. The original image is pin sharp. The low res doesn't help it. I have some others (including kite ) I will post one later.

I sort of agree with Grave Robber - as it stands the kitesufer is kind of lost in the general reflections on the sea (and the texture there), and the wave splash. Maybe it looks better in a larger pic, but I'd be tempted to crop closer to the surfer to get the detail on the rig/lines etc.

I think you are right. The surfer doesn't stand out enough. Will process the others and see what I can come up with. Thank you both for your comments.
