After my last outing to Knockhill was abandoned after a couple of hundred frames when racing stopped due to a bad crash I was hoping I could get a few hours under the belt for the season to come. I've only shot motorsport a few times and panning is a skill that takes practice. I never pushed it today and kept the shutter at 1/160th for the most part. I have a season ticket this year and really want to get along to a few meets as it is a nice way to spend an afternoon and I really like the noise and action. I went for single car shots as I need to learn what works best and got lots of pans in. I was improving but still a long way to go. Made my day seeing and RS2000 and a Mk 1 Cortina flying round the track. My favourite two cars.
