Know where i can get a female/female 58mm coupler?

I have a 58mm filter size lens and have a 58mm thread size close up filter. Both are female threads, so i need a coupler, but other than ordering from the USA, does anyone know where i can get one in the UK?

Or get a pair of Cokin (or similar) adaptors and glue/screw them together. IIRC, Premier Inks sell filter thread couplers and will probably be cheaper than SRB Griturn.
