Well, this arrived today and it's rather a nice little piece of kit - soon be getting some film in it for a test drive. This has a German dof calculator... and a Sneider/Kreuznach lens... and no flash shoe... and no 1/500th (fastest is 1/300th). So, it's a Retina 1... but then what?

Arthur, how is the view finder. I saw a IIIc ( small c) the other day in a shop, and the Vf was very dark. There was IIIC which had a fantastic right VF.

It's OK, I mean it's no SLR finder to be sure... only about 8mm on a side on the big end!
