nice composition and the exposure looks good too....it looks a bit yellow on my monitior, I am wondering if it might look better a little cooler. A great place that I'm going to this winter, I have seen snow covered pics of Lake Bled, very nice.

Hi and thanks for looking. It was quite late in the afternoon when I took this, and the sunshine was wonderful, so maybe that's whats causing the yellowness. I'm sure you will love Slovenia....we did and aim to go back next year.

PS: my Dad spent 4 years in Trieste in the late 1940'4/early 50's and absolutely loved the place.

None dreamy, some selective blur on the sky to get rid of the artifacts

I was at Lake Bled a couple of weeks back, took almost exactly the same photo, at about the same time of day! I guess it is the classic view, must be millions of photos taken from that same spot.
