Love the way those clouds (or is it vapour trails) spread out behind the tree. I think the leaves and the tree on the right are a little distracting though and wonder if this shot wouldn't be better in portrait format with the right hand side cropped out?

I have considered the crop , however for me it seems to take something away from the shot

I agree. The reed in the foreground creates a juxta which makes the image sing. Apart from that, on form Neil!
