Good shot and I suspect a familiar story for many of us, getting old is b*****ks.

Nicely done!
I suspect that's a ritual for a few of us. I like the shock of pink against the soft tones.

Taking pills daily is a bit of a bind.

Snappers choice
That's quite striking.
 
Nice shot, great focus on the eyes. Bet the 1,4 was handy in the tunnels - they look interesting,
 
I love the eye-contact in snappers choice - they feel like they are drilling into me!

Yes, it was handy having the 1.4 I had a small square LED to provide a bit of light as I've been there before (there isn't the room for any decent lighting)

Very nice, I like this angle too rather than the side-on one that I keep seeing, it feels like he's marching straight to (/over) you
 
Great timing to get down there and see it while it's still current. Half thought about a wander down myself next week before it's removed.

I do like the angle too. It really shows the intent of the statue and is far more impactful than the side-on versions I've seen.

A little of both. I heard about this Wednesday lunchtime. I needed to pop to Wex on Thursday, so I detoured on my way home to check it out.
I may have gone up to see it regardless of needing to pop to the East End. (It was claimed as a Banksy while I was in town).

I think it might be worth popping back a few times during the day to get different lighting on it.
 
Week 13 - Night Sky

I haven't been anywhere in the past month that could get me a decent starscape, and living next to Heathrow really does limit the darkness of the sky.
However, last night a SIA Cargo B747 departed Heathrow around 11pm. This really does show what the night sky tends to look like round this way.
